Mokshda Bhushan has completed her LLB from London School of Economics and Political Science,University of London in 1996. She specialized in Comparative law and Human Rights from France. She practiced for 5 years as defence and prosecution advocate, and thereafter also held the judicial post of District Magistrate of the District Court of Port-Louis in Mauritius in 2003. She also worked as a legal consultant with the Ministry of Women and Child Development in Mauritius where she has trained people from grass-root level in legal literacy and Domestic Violence Laws awareness. She has further worked as a faculty in law and management in numerous business and legal institutions both in India and Mauritius since 1996.
She has been a part of the UNITEDJURIS team since last five years and has executed various assignments as team leader. She has assisted Rocky in their due diligence for Tata Steel for identifying mines in South Africa, Australia and Gabon and thereafter conducting financial due diligence for advising the client on the viability of the acquisition.
