Dya Ghose-Radhakeesoon co-founded ETUDE GHOSE in 2006. She is an attorney-at-law and she heads ETUDE GHOSE. Dya read law at the University of Mauritius and topped at the Attorneys Vocational Examinations in 2005.
Since then, Dya has acquired considerable litigation experience, having appeared before every jurisdiction in Mauritius and before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in London. She has further been advising local and foreign companies, global business companies, local banks, financial institutions, local authorities, parastatal bodies.
Dya is involved in arbitration proceedings and is often solicited to chair disciplinary committees. She has a special interest for commercial disputes and regularly advises on issues relating to company law and insolvency, trust law, securities law.
Dya is the youngest daughter of a family of four Attorneys. Her late father, Mr. Munn Datta Ghose, established the first solicitors’ firm of the family, in 1971. Mr. Munn Datta Ghose, Attorney was followed by her three daughters, all of whom have today embraced the legal profession in Mauritius.
Beyond her love for law, Dya shares a passion for the art and science of Feng Sui in which she followed a course through an international coach. Dya has applied those energy principles to her working and everyday environment.
