Mr Ashvin Krishna Dwarka is a sworn Law Practitioner and Counsellor, licensed to practise as Notary in Mauritius.
He holds an LLB (Hons) and an LLM (Tax) from the London School of Economics, as well as a Postgraduate Masters degree (D.E.S.S.) in Civil and Notarial Law from the University of Paris (Sorbonne).
In the onshore sector, Mr Dwarka essentially advises on corporate and on structured finance and real property transactions.
As part of his international practice, Mr Dwarka specialises in trusts, tax and estate planning, asset protection and private international law. He also advises a number of management companies, GBC entities and regulated investment funds.
